Welcome! My name is Cara Weingarten. I earned my Masters degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed my internship at the Faulk Center for Counseling where I worked with a variety of clients. I specialize in working with teenagers and adults who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and grief.

My approach to therapy is based on a psychoanalytic foundation and draws upon humanistic, interpersonal, and behavioral therapeutic modalities. Within a safe therapeutic setting we work together to gain deeper understanding of triggers, patterns, and trauma-related responses that may be inhibiting growth and healing.
